What are the delivery times ?
Packages are shipped between 24 and 72 hours (working days) after receipt of payment.
Delivery times vary depending on the choice of delivery, you should allow approximately between 2 and 5 days (Colissimo being faster than Mondial Relay).
How to track my order ?

What are the return conditions and how can I return my order?
Returns are accepted under certain conditions:
- The returned product is defective or has a manufacturing defect,
- The product you received does not correspond to your order.

What are the exchange and refund conditions?
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges are possible while stocks last.
Refunds are only possible if the returned product is in excellent condition.
